Frequently Asked Questions

01 — How long is each session?

A session is up to 30 minutes long, but it depends on you and your body! Sometimes our bodies can only release a few emotions before it needs a break to process.

02 — How many trapped emotions can be released in a session?

This will depend on you and your body. It is rarely less than four, and sometimes can go up to twelve or fifteen, it just depends on you!

03 — Are there any negative side effects?

All of us process differently. Some people report being tired and/or more sensitive over the next 24 hours. If there is a specific issue being addressed (e.x., acne) sometimes there can be more inflammation afterward as the body begins healing. It’s a good idea to stay hydrated both before and after a session.

04 — Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes, right now all sessions are being offered remotely via phone or video call, saving you travel time (and gas money)!

05 — How long do I have to wait between sessions?

We can muscle test you to see when you will be ready to process and release more trapped emotions, but it is best to wait at least 24 hours between sessions.

Start your healing journey.
